The Texas MATHCOUNTS team has solidified its place as one of the top-performing states in national competitions, securing a record nine national championships: 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2023, 2024, and 2025. This outstanding success places Texas in elite company, alongside California, which also boasts nine national titles.
